Refund Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

All payments made to Don Money Travels and Travel Legacy, Inc. are non-refundable and non-transferable. We encourage you to ensure you are fully committed to attending the event before submitting any payments. Because we negotiate special rates and secure contracted agreements with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners, we are not able to offer refunds once payments are made. These agreements allow us to provide exceptional pricing and flexible installment options for all of our travelers.

All final payment dates are clearly listed on each event page. It is the guest’s responsibility to make sure payments are submitted on or before the stated due date. Payments received after the deadline may incur a $50 late fee. If you anticipate paying after the due date, you must email us in advance with your expected payment date.

Non-Dispute Clause

I authorize Travel Legacy, Inc. to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that all payments made to Travel Legacy, Inc.  are non-refundable. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

Please note: If your final payment is not received by the deadline, your reservation will be automatically canceled and all prior payments will be forfeited.

You are welcome to join an event at any time by paying the required amount in full—provided that space is still available.

Refund Policy - The Basics

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

What to Include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
